No. Tiinlabs only replies to people who message your business. WhatsApp and Instagram do not permit unsolicited messages from businesses, and the product is built around that rule rather than around it.
It asks the customer a clarifying question or marks the conversation as needing you. It never guesses a price, a deadline or a technical commitment. You also get a list of the questions it could not answer, so you can add the missing information.
