These terms govern your use of Tiinlabs, a web application available at tiinlabs.com ("the Service"). The Service is operated by Individual entrepreneur VLADIMIR KRYLOV, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Tiinlabs is software sold as a monthly subscription. You describe your business and upload your own materials. You connect your own WhatsApp Business and Instagram professional accounts. The Service then replies to messages your customers send to those accounts, using the information you provided, and organises those conversations into leads.
We do not perform work on your behalf as a service, and we do not act as your agent. You remain responsible for your business, your prices and your commitments to your customers.

You are also responsible for complying with the rules of the messaging platforms you connect, and with the laws that apply to your business and your customers. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
The materials you upload, the conversations with your customers and the leads created from them remain yours. You grant us permission to store and process them only to provide the Service to you. We do not use your materials or your customers' messages to train models that serve other customers, and we do not sell them.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. The messaging platforms we connect to can change their rules, pricing and capabilities at any time, and such changes may affect what the Service can do. We may add, change or remove features; if we remove something you rely on, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and seller of record for your purchase. Their terms apply to the payment transaction itself. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
Costs charged by the messaging platforms for delivering your messages are not included in the subscription. When you reach the reply limit of your plan, automatic replies pause; we do not charge you extra automatically.
The Service generates replies automatically and can make mistakes. It is a tool to help you answer your customers, not a substitute for your judgement. You are responsible for reviewing what is sent from your accounts, and we recommend keeping draft mode enabled until you are confident in the answers. The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect or consequential damages.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or that we are required to suspend by law or by a platform we depend on. After termination we keep your data for 30 days so you can retrieve it, then delete it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, and the courts of Georgia have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory law in your country provides otherwise.
