Tiinlabs is a monthly subscription to a web application. This policy explains when you get your money back.
Every account starts with 7 free days. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged at all and there is nothing to refund.
You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
If the Service does not work as described and we cannot fix it, write to support@tiinlabs.com within 14 days of the payment and we will refund that payment in full.
Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, to the original payment method. It usually takes 5–10 business days for the money to appear, depending on your bank.
When you reach the reply limit included in your plan, automatic replies pause and no additional payment is taken. Incoming messages keep being saved, so nothing is lost. You choose whether to upgrade or wait for the next period.
