This policy explains what data Tiinlabs collects, why, and what you can do about it. The Service is operated by Individual entrepreneur VLADIMIR KRYLOV, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia. Contact: support@tiinlabs.com.

Two kinds of data

Your data. Your name and email, your business details, and the materials you upload — services, prices, conditions, frequently asked questions. We are the controller of this data.

Your customers' data. When you connect a messaging account, we receive the messages people send to your business, together with the name or username the platform provides, and any attachments they send. We process this on your instructions, on your behalf. You decide what is collected and how long it is kept, within the limits below.

Why we process it

To generate replies using the materials you provided.
To create and update lead records and show you your conversations.
To send you notifications about new leads and conversations needing attention.
To keep the Service secure, diagnose faults and prevent abuse.
To handle your subscription and payments.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your materials or your customers' messages to train models serving other customers. Conversations belonging to one business are never used to answer questions for another.

Who else processes data

We use a small number of providers to run the Service. Each receives only what it needs:

Hosting and database — to store your account, materials, conversations and files.
AI model provider — receives the relevant part of your materials and the conversation in order to generate a reply.
Messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram) — deliver messages to and from your customers under their own terms and privacy policies.
Lemon Squeezy — processes payments as merchant of record. We never receive or store your card details.
Email provider — sends login codes and notifications.

How long we keep it

Conversations, contacts and leads: while your account is active, and 30 days after it is closed.
Uploaded materials: until you delete them or close your account.
Technical logs of model requests: 90 days.
Payment records: as required by applicable accounting and tax rules.

Security

Access tokens for connected accounts are stored encrypted. Files are kept in private storage reachable only through short-lived signed links. Access to production data is limited to the operator of the Service. No system is perfectly secure, and we will inform you without undue delay if a breach affects your data.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from your account, or by writing to support@tiinlabs.com. If one of your customers asks you to delete their data, you can delete that conversation and its lead from your workspace, and we will remove it from backups within 30 days.

Deleting your data

To delete everything:

In the app: open Settings → Delete workspace. This permanently removes your materials, conversations, contacts, leads and uploaded files, and disconnects your messaging accounts.
By email: write to support@tiinlabs.com from the address on your account. We complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm in writing.

Disconnecting a messaging account stops any further data reaching us from that account immediately.

Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 as an account holder.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect.
